In pursuance to the order dated 06-05-2021 of the Hon. Supreme Court of India in the SLP (Civil) Diary No. 11622/2021 pertaining to allocation and supply of medical oxygen and its distribution within the State, communicated vide D.O. letter No. S. 12035/20/2021-Proc-I/Medical Oxygen/Misc. dated 10th May, 2021 by the Joint Secretar y, Ministr y of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi, the State Government is pleased to constitute the Sub-groups Committee on auditing medical oxygen, requirements and distribution in the State of Goa comprising as under:-
