By virtue of the powers conferred upon me under
Section 10(1) (a) of the Goa Registration of Tourist
Trade Act, 1982, I, Ganesh R. Teli, Prescribed
Authority (South), hereby remove the name of
Clacent Guest House, located at H. No. 74/1, (D)
and 74/1(E), Grand Vanelim, Colva, Salcete, South-
Goa, from the register of South Goa Hotel Keeper,
register No. D-7 vide page No.31 maintained under
the aforesaid Act, as Clarina Fernandes (Proprietor)
has ceased to operate the said Guest House in her
premises.
Consequently, the Certificate of Registration
bearing No. 3173 (Old) and Certificate No.
HOTS000178 (New) of D Category issued under the
said Act stands cancelled.

In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 112 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and Rule 264A of the Motor Vehicles Rules, 1991 as amended in 2005 and as recommended by the Dy. Superintendent of Police (Traffic) North, Altinho Goa, I, Mamu Hage, IAS District Magistrate, North Goa hereby notify "Speed Breaker" on the internal road at the places mentioned in column No. 2 of the schedule below in the jurisdiction of Village Panchayat Thivim in Bardez Taluka.

The above Speed Breakers and Thick Rumbler Strips shall be painted with white thermoplastic fluorescent paint and fixed with blinkers for better visibility.
Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 116 of the above Act, I also authorize the erection of cautionary sign boards "Speed Breaker Ahead" at about 40 mts. on the left OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES III No. 16 21ST JULY, 2022 side of the road at the placement of the Speed Breaker & Rumbler Strips in order to regulate the motor vehicular traffic.
The Secretary Village Panchayat Thivim, Bardez- Goa is directed to rectify and increase the thickness of the existing rumbler strips as per IRC guidelines to reduce the speed of vehicles at "T" junction.
The Secretary Village Panchayat Thivim, Bardez is also directed to publish this notification through the Director of Information and Publicity in newspapers and P.W.D to make necessary arrangements to erect the sign boards at the places indicated above as per the specification laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and as published in the Official Gazette by the Government of Goa and report compliance within thirty days time.
