in the said report, I am satisfied that there are
sufficient grounds for proceeding under Section
144 of Cr. P.C. 1973 to prohibit members of "Sri Ram
Sene" and its leader Shri Pramod Mutalik from
entering into jurisdiction of South Goa District and
making aggressive statement and comments which
could hurt the communal feeling of groups and
lead to violence which may result into serious law
and order problems;

By virtue of the powers conferred upon me under Section 10(1) (a) of the Goa Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1982, I, Shri Ganesh R. Teli, Prescribed OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES III No. 18 4TH AUGUST, 2022 Authority (South), hereby remove the name of Casa D'Souza, located at H. No. 41/1, Falvaddo, Cansaulim, Velsao, Mormugao, South-Goa from the register of South Goa Hotel Keeper, register No. D-7 vide page No. 23 maintained under the aforesaid Act, as Estephan D'Souza (Proprietor) has ceased to operate the said Guest House in his premises.

The above Speed Breakers shall be painted with white thermoplastic fluorescent paint and fixed with reflected road studs around it for better visibility.
Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 116 of the above Act, I also authorize the erection of cautionary sign boards "Speed Breaker" at about 40 mts. on either side of the speed breaker in advance of the rumbler strips of the traffic sign board showing the sign "Speed breaker" at the placement of the speed breaker in order to regulate the motor vehicular traffic.
The Secretary/Sarpanch Village Panchayat Navelim, Bicholim is directed to publish this notification through the Director of Information and Publicity in local newspapers to make necessary arrangements to construct the Speed Breaker and P.W.D.(Engineering Cell) to erect the sign boards at the places indicated above as per the specification laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and as published in the Official Gazette Series I No. 15 dated 15-7-2005 by the Government of Goa and report compliance within thirty days time.
