In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 (Central Act No. 4 of 2016), and with the concurrence of the High Court of Bombay conveyed vide letter No: B(W)A-2102 of 2018/ 1158/18248 dated 09-06-2022, the Government of Goa hereby confers powers to all the Courts of Senior Civil Judges in South Goa District to deal with Commercial Suits, during the absence or leave period of the Presiding Judge.
This Notification shall come into force with
immediate effect.
