That Peter Fernandes alias Pedro Fernandes, son of late Diogo Fernandes died on nineteenth June two thousand twenty two at Medcare Hospital Dubai, and buried in the cemetry of Sanvordem, died intestate without executing Will or any other disposition of his last wish but leaving behind his wife Mrs. Maria Rosaria Fernandes, as his moiety sharer and his children namely (one) Mr. Royeth Marcelino Fernandes, bachelor and (two) Mr. Preston Diago Fernandes, bachelor as his sole and universal heirs, there being no one else or no other person or heirs who in terms of Law of Succession still in force in this State of Goa may prefer to the estate left by the deceased person.

1) Preparing the budget for the year 2022-2023.

4) Decide/Discuss how to get back sluice gate which belong to our communidade and also rent the vacant plots to put food carts etc., to generate revenue.
5) Decide/Discuss on Zono.
6) Discuss and take action against the ex committee members for the missing Tombo I and Tombo II and its volumes and deliberately destroying of original documents/records of our communidade office by keeping in open verendah.
7) Discuss any other communidade related matters.
All the components are requested to be present for the general body session on the above mentioned date and time.

All the registered mahajans of this Devasthan are hereby informed that the triennial general body session of the Mahajans will be held on Sunday, 14th August, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Mahamaya temple premises to elect the members of managing committee for the triennium 2022 to 2025. Valid photo identification cards shall be essential for casting their votes. The elections are post wise and not panel wise.
As per the provisions of Art. 27 of the Devasthan Regulation, no person shall be considered to be a member (mazane) without his prior enrolment in the catalogue concerned.
