In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Sections 115 & 116 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and on the basis of the recommendation of the Deputy Superintendent of Police (Traffic), Altinho Panaji, I, Mamu Hage, IAS, District Magistrate, North Goa do hereby notify following stretch of roads mentioned in column "2" as "One Way" for the movement of all types of vehicular traffic within the jurisdiction of Village Panchayat Guirim, Bardez- Goa.

In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 112 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and as recommended by the Dy. Supdt. of Police (Traffic), Panaji, I, Mamu Hage, IAS, District Magistrate, North Goa hereby notify the construction and painting of "Zebra Crossing" at the place mentioned in Column No. 2 of the schedule herein below within the jurisdiction of Village Panchayat Calangute in Bardez Taluka.

The above Zebra Crossing shall be painted with white thermoplastic fluorescent paint and fixed with cat eyes/blinkers for better visibility.
Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 116 of the above Act, I also OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES III No. 34 24TH NOVEMBER, 2022 authorize the erection of cautionary sign board showing the sign "Zebra Crossing" at the placement of the Zebra Crossing in order to regulate the motor vehicular traffic.
The Sarpanch/Secretary, Village Panchayat Calangute, Bardez-Goa is directed to publish this notification through the Director of Information and Publicity in local newspapers and P.W.D. (Engineering Cell) to make necessary arrangements to paint the Zebra Crossing and to erect the sign boards at the places indicated above as per the specification laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and as published in the Official Gazette by the Government of Goa and report compliance within thirty days time.
