In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 18 of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act, 1974 (Act 21 of 1975), and in partial modification of the Government Notification No. 28/10/TCP/2018/203 dated 31-01-2018, published in Official Gazette, Series I No. 44 dated 01-02-2018 and in supersession of the Government Notification No. 28/10/TCP/2017/2495 dated 27-09-2022, published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 26 dated 29-09-2022, the Government of Goa hereby declares the area as specified in column (1) of the Schedule hereto to be the Panjim Planning Area and defines the limits of such area as specified in corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Schedule.

North by Penha De Franca: Sy. No. 91/5, 91/7, 90/1, 36/1, 35/1 and
Mandovi River;
Comprising of part of area under the Corporation of City of Panaji and part of area of Village Penha De Franca OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES I No. 39 (EXTRAORDINARY) 29TH DECEMBER, 2022 Morobi-O-Pequeno Village, Morombi-O-Grande Village and Chimbel Village;
East by: by Chalta Nos./P.T. Sheet Nos. 71/19 (P), 72/19 and 19/19 (P) of Panaji city and by Chimbel village and Sy. No.38/0(P), 52/1, 59/0, 58/0 of Penha De Franca village;
West by: 71/2 and Nallah of Penha De Franca village and Mandovi River.
The detail plan of the planning area is shown in the Annexure appended to this Notification.
This Notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
