No. 434/GOA-HP/2019 (2):- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby directs that following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. 434/GOA-HP/2019 (2) dated 20th March, 2019, as amended from time to time, relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officers for Parliamentary Constituencies in the State of Goa namely;

अधिसूचना सं. 434/गोवा-लो.स./2019 (2)ः- लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 22 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्‌द्वारा निदेष देता है कि, गोवा राज्य में संसदीय ंंंंं निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति से संबंधित, इसकी अधिसूचना सं. 434/गोवा-लो.स./2019 (2), दिनांक 20 मार्च, 2019, समय-समय पर यथासंषोधित, में निम्नलिखित संषोधन किया जाएगा नामतः,

उक्त अधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न सारणी क स्तंभ 2 में, स्तंभ 1 क नीचे की मद क सामने क्रम सं. 3 और 15 में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि को निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगाः-

OF GOA SERIES II No. 18 (EXTRAORDINARY No. 2) 7TH AUGUST, 2023

amended from time to time, relating to the appointment of Electoral Registration Officers for Assembly Constituencies in the State of Goa namely;

अधिसूचना

सं. 429/गोवा/2014 (1)ः- लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की धारा 13 ख की उपधारा (1) के उपबंधों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्‌द्वारा यह निदेष देता है कि, गोवा राज्य में विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति से सम्बन्धित, समय-समय पर यथासंषोधित, अपनी दिनांक 5 मार्च, 2014 की अधिसूचना सं. 429/गोवा/2014 (1), में निम्नलिखित संषोधन किये जाएंगे अर्थात्‌ः,

उक्त अधिसूचना में संलग्न सारणी क स्तंभ 2 में, स्तंभ 1 क अंतर्गत मद क सामने विद्‌यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगीः-
