The following order of the Governor of Goa dated 13th April, 2023 is hereby published for general information:
"Order
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-clause (a) of Clause (2) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India, I, P. S. Sreedharan Pillai, Governor of Goa, on this 13th day of April, 2023, hereby prorogue the Legislative Assembly of Goa, which was adjourned sine die on 31st March, 2023 after its Fourth Session, of the Eighth Legislative Assembly.
