Sahakar Bharati, Goa Pradesh, vide letter dated 04-08-2023 addressed to Hon'ble Chief Minister of Goa, Secretariat, Porvorim-Goa with a copy endorsed to this office has informed that Central Committee of Sahakar Bharati has decided to organize 'National Level Credit Societies Adhiveshan' on 02nd and 03rd December, 2023 at New Delhi which is to be addressed by Shri Amitji Shah, Hon'ble Cooperation Minister of Country. The said Adhiveshan is expected to be attended by at least ten thousand cooperators from all over India. As per the schedule, each State has been awarded with certain number of delegates among which 400 delegates are expected from the State of Goa.
All the concerned Asstt. Registrar of Coop. Societies and unit incharges are therefore directed to take initiative at their personal front to ensure that at least 40 delegates representing the societies functioning under their respective zone (2-3 delegates from each society) participate in the Adhiveshan scheduled on the above referred date.
The arrangement towards the accommodation and transportation of the delegates shall be made Those who are willing to participate in the said function from the State of Goa as a delegate of the respective Credit Society are to be requested to submit their willingness and fill the nomination in the prescribed form (attached herewith) to the below mentioned office bearers of the Sahakar Bharati Goa.
Any other additional information on the above conference may also be gathered from the below concerned office bearers.

The Government has agreed to reimburse Rupees five lakhs or actual travel fare whichever is less, towards travelling expenses of 240 participants. This amount shall be reimbursed on equitable basis to all the societies, that is Rupees five lakhs divided with the number of participants restricting the number of participants to 240 as proposed by Sahakar Bharati, Goa Pradesh.
The concerned society shall be directed to submit the copy of the tickets alongwith the name of the participants and representing society to the nodal OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES III No. 31 2ND NOVEMBER, 2023 agency i.e. Sahakar Bharati Goa Pradesh, Office G-2, Lotlikar Apartment, Curti, Ponda-Goa for onward submission to the Registrar for initiating necessary action for reimbursement.

2. This is an application filed for confirming the divorce granted by Decree of Divorce dated 21-01-2022 in case No. BV21D02989 by the Family Court at Bury St. Edmunds, United Kingdom and for appropriate orders dissolving the marriage between the Applicant and the Respondent No. 1.
3. The applicant had sent an email to the Respondent-wife which was received by her. In this respect, learned counsel placed on record copy of the reply received from Respondent-wife on 01-03-2023. The Respondent acknowledged receipt of the email and sought advice from the Applicant as to in what manner he wants her to proceed with the matter. The Applicant to inform the Respondent through email that she can choose to be represented by a lawyer. She may also, if she so desires, be represented through a power of attorney. In case the Respondent does not wish to contest the present application for confirmation of the Decree passed by the UK Court and has no objection to the dissolution of the marriage, she may so indicate in the email.
4. The order passed by this Court be served on the
Respondent.
5. I am informed that notice has already been issued and service report is awaited. Office to verify and inform the further progress of the service of notice.

'X' for identification.
6. Mr. Gawas also places on record the order dated 08-09-2022 in Misc. Civil Application (Main) No. 2 of 2022 in Renetta Rodrigues Vs Levino Mariano Fernandes and Anr., in which the learned Single Judge of this Court (G. S. Kulkarni, J), after discussing the relevant legal provisions confirmed the decree made by the Family Court at UK and issued necessary directions to the Civil Registrar in Goa for cancellation of marriage registration entry. In this order, the learned Single Judge has referred to the earlier precedent, where under circumstances similar to the present case, confirmation orders were made.
7. Therefore, by relying upon Respondent No. 1's email that she has no objection to granting the relief in this Misc. Civil Application (Main) and further relying upon the precedent in Renetta Rodrigues (supra), I see no good reasons for not allowing the relief as prayed for in this Misc. Civil Application (Main).
