In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Goa Information Technology Development (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Goa Act 40 of 2023), the Government of Goa hereby appoints the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
