VI (Roads), P.W.D., Fatorda, Margao-Goa, shall take necessary steps for erection of "No Parking Zone" on the above location alongwith installation of cautionary signboards i.e. speed breaker ahead, road markings of thermoplastic luminous paint/strips, median markings for better visibility, guidance of motorists and embedded cat- eyes as per IRC specifications laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway and as published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 15 OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES III No. 36 7TH DECEMBER, 2023 dated 15th July, 2005 by the Government of Goa. The signboards shall be installed as per specifications laid in the scheduled under the Goa Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2005 and shall be located 40 meters in advance of the first rumbler strips and the placement of the rumbler strips.
Action taken report including photographs of the work executed must be submitted to this office within 30 days.
Non compliance of order shall attract penal
provisions under section 188 of I.P.C., 1860.

Adoption of Map and Register under Sec 27(4) of the TCP Act, 1974 showing present land use for the planning area of Panaji (part) comprising of Penha- -de-Franca Village (part).
Whereas the Government of Goa vide Notification No. 36/1/443/2022/2098 dated 24-08-2022, reconstituted this Authority 'North Goa Planning and Development Authority' in respect of 'Panaji Planning Area'.
And whereas the Government of Goa thereafter vide Notification No. 36/1/TCP/478/2022/3595 dated 29-12-2022 added/included part area of Village Penha-de-Franca in the 'Panaji Planning Area'.
And whereas the Government of Goa in supersession of the earlier Government Notification No. 36/1/TCP/478/2022/3595 dated 29-12-2022, vide Notification No. 36/1/TCP/478/2022/164 dated 13-01-2023, defined the limits of 'Panaji Planning Area'.

And whereas, this authority has not received any objections to said land use map and land use register within stipulated period of 30 days of publication of notice under Section 27 (1) of Town and Country Planning Act, 1974.
And whereas, under Section 27 (4) of Town and Country Planning Act, 1974, the authority in its 92nd meeting held on 10-11-2023 unanimously resolved to adopt the said land use map and land use register with some modification in the land use register.
