Read: Order No. 4/39/Bye-ELN/VP/2023-2024/SEC dated 08-01-2024.

The Model Code of Conduct imposed by the Goa State Election Commission with effect from 08th Januar y, 2024 vide above referred order for Bye- -Election to elect the member for Ward No. IV of Village Panchayat Arpora-Nagoa, Taluka Bardez, North Goa District in the State of Goa and Ward No. V of Village Panchayat Sirsaim, Taluka Bardez, North Goa District in the State of Goa is lifted with immediate effect.

This is for information and further necessary action by all concerned authorities.
