No. 434/GOA-LA/2022:- In exercise of the provisions of Section 21 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. 434/GOA-LA/2022 dated 17th January, 2022, as amended from time to time, relating to the appointment of Returning Officers for Assembly Constituencies in the State of Goa namely;

अधिसूचना सं.ः 434/गोवा-वि. स./2022ः- लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 21 के उपबंधो का प्रयोग करते हुए, निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्‌द्वारा यह निदेष देता है कि, गोवा राज्य में विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए रिटर्निग अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति से सम्बन्धित, समय-समय पर यथासंषोधित, दिनांक 17 जनवरी, 2022 की अपनी अधिसूचना सं. 434/गोवा-वि. स./2022 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन किये जाएंगे अर्थात;

उक्त अधिसूचना में संलग्न सारणी क स्तंभ 2 में, स्तंभ 1 क अंतर्गत मद क सामने विद्‌यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगीः-
