In reference to the circular mentioned above dated 13-11-2023, this office previously mandated the submission of all applications to the GCZMA online. However, it has come to our attention that the said portal can only process applications intended for submission to the MOEF & CC. Therefore, the authority has decided to accept all applications offline, except for those requiring the approval of the MOEF.

And whereas, in reply to the letter, the Custodian of Evacuee Property, had not raised any objection in issuing Provisional Declaration to the above applicant before the cut-off date 12-10-2021, mentioned in the above letter.

(5) The grantee shall not create any third party rights in respect of the Sanads, nor change the nature of the property, nor exceed the existing plinth area or reconstruct the existing houses, except repairs, until further Orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay at Goa.
In case, any interested person in the lands specified above, has any objection to the said provisional declaration he/she may file objection/say in writing, within two months from the date of publication of this provisional declaration in Official Gazette and notice is hereby given that the objections received under sub-section (1) of Section 12, shall be disposed off individually and appeals against such decision/ /order of the Collector shall lie with the Tribunal.
The said declaration, as modified by any orders, if any, passed by the Deputy Collector, Bicholim Goa, or where an appeal has been filed with the Tribunal, as modified by the decision of the Tribunal, shall be final and shall be conclusive evidence of the conferment of the occupancy rights under section 4(a) and 8(2) of the said Act. This conferment of occupancy rights shall be subject to the result of Writ Petition No. 479 of 2016 before the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay at Goa.

The Secretary, Village Panchayat Salvador-do- Mundo, Bardez is directed to publish this notification through the Director of Information and Publicity in newspapers and P.W.D. to make necessary arrangements to erect the signboards at the places indicated above as per the specification laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and as published in the Official Gazette by the Government of Goa and report compliance within thirty days time.

1. I say that on my birth certificate and all my Educational Certificates my name is recorded as Laximi Hanumant Bandivadar and on EPIC card as Laxmi Hanumant Bandevadar, and on our ration card my name is mentioned as Laxmi H. Bandewader (Maiden name).
2. I say that on my Aadhaar Card and Pan Card my name is recorded as Laxmi Krishna Buruvadar, and on my son's birth certificate my name is recorded as Laxmi Krishna Bhavi.
3. I say that the names: Laximi Hanumant Bandivadar, Laxmi Hanumant Bandevadar, Laxmi H. Bandewader, Laxmi Krishna Buruvadar and Laxmi Krishna Bhavi belongs to one and the same person i.e. myself.
4. I say that this affidavit is sworn for its publication in the Official Gazette, Government of Goa, for the purpose of submitting the same to the various Government Departments for the purpose of corrections in my name.

3. That prior to marriage my name was Priyanka Mahadev Gaude and I am having the Aadhar card in that name bearing No. xxxx xxxx xxxx.
4. I say that after marriage my name was changed from Priyanka Mahadev Gaude to Priyanka Manohar Gawas and after marriage I went to update my Aadhar card.
5. I say that the time of feeding the data my name was recorded as Priyanka Babi Gawas instead of Priyanka Manohar Gawas.
6. I say that it was required to update my name in Aadhar card as Priyanka Manohar Gawas. However it was wrongly updated as Priyanka Babi Gawas.
7. I say that when I notice the mistake and contacted the Center. I was informed that your 3 attempt to update Aadhar card has been exhausted and now it cannot be update.
8. I say that if the Aadhar card is not updated than
great prejudice will be cause to me.
9. I say that I have necessary document to update
my Aadhar card.
10. I say that wrong data was feeded while updating
due to inadvertence.
I say that whatever stated in this Affidavit is
true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
