In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 10 read with sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Goa (Recovery of Arrears of Tax, Interest, Penalty, Other Dues through Settlement) Act, 2023 (Goa Act 34 of 2023) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act"), and in supersession of Order No. CCT/5- -3/2023-24/1995 dated 13th September, 2023, published in the Official Gazette, Extraordinary, Series II No. 23 dated 13th September, 2023 except as regards things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, I, the Commissioner of State Tax, hereby delegate the powers of Appellate Authority conferred upon the Commissioner under sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the said Act to the Officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule hereinbelow to act as the Appellate Authority to hear, make such further inquiry as may be necessary, and to pass such orders as deemed fit.

1. Additional Commissioner of State Tax (Appeals- Orders passed by Designated Authorities -North), Panaji, Goa
having jurisdiction over Panaji, Mapusa, Bicholim and Pernem ward offices and over applicants attached to Headquarters.
2. Additional Commissioner of State Tax (Appeals- Orders passed by the Designated Authorities -South), Margao, Goa
having jurisdiction over Margao, Ponda, Curchorem and Vasco ward offices.
