In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 2 of the Goa Reconstruction of Registers and Records Act, 2005 (Goa Act 5 of 2005) and in supersession of the Government Notification No. 8/13/2018- LD(Estt)&(I)/1303 dated 20-07-2018, published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 17 dated 26-07-2018, the Government of Goa hereby authorises the officers as specified in column (2) of the Schedule below to exercise the powers and perform duties of the Chief Registrar under the said Act in respect of the Departments as specified in correspond- ing entries of column (3) of said Schedule.

LD(Estt)&(I)/1302 dated 20-07-2018, published OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES I No. 23 (SUPPLEMENT) 5TH SEPTEMBER, 2024 authorises the officers as specified in column
(2) of the Schedule below to exercise the
powers and perform duties of the
Registrar under the said Act in respect of the
