In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 10(12), 10(13) and 11(2), Government is pleased to constitute a State Level Survey Committee under the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013.

1. Principal Secretary, Finance — Chairman.

2. Secretary, Social Welfare — Member Secretary.

3. Director of Planning, Statistics & Evaluation — Member.

4. Secretary, Urban Development — Member.

5. Secretary, Revenue — Member.

6. Representative of Railway Authority — Member.

7. Shri Larsen Pereira, Project Manager Sakshi Tikar, IEC Expert, — Members.

NGO representatives

8. Shri Gulshad, Sr. Executive Lia Joseph community representatives — Members.

The said Committee shall meet atleast once a year.
