In exercise of the powers vested in me vide Rule 2(e) of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, Daulat Hawaldar, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission, Altinho, Panaji-Goa hereby appoint the following Officers as Returning Officer and Assistant Returning Officer within their concerned jurisdiction for the ensuing bye-elections to the vacant seats of Panchayat member in the ward mentioned against their names below:

Whereas, the Bye-Elections to Ward No. V of Village Panchayat Nadora, Taluka Bardez, North Goa District in the State of Goa is scheduled to be held on 08th December, 2024.
OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES II No. 31 (EXTRAORDINARY No. 2) 6TH NOVEMBER, 2024"that the Collector and District Magistrate, North Goa shall function as the overall District Election Officer (DEO) for Ward No. V of Village Panchayat Nadora, Taluka Bardez, North Goa District in the State of Goa.
This comes into force with immediate effect.

In exercise of the powers conferred on me vide Rule 5 of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, Daulat Hawaldar, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission, hereby notify that the Electoral Roll of the Goa Legislative Assembly prepared under the provisions of Representation of People Act, 1950 (Central Act 43 of 1951) for the time being in force as on 1st January, 2024 (as the qualifying date) and published on 5th January, 2024 Basic Roll of Special Summary Revision, 2024 integrated with all supplements preceding Special Summary Revision 2025 for such Constituencies of the Assembly or any part thereof as is included in the area within the jurisdiction Village Panchayats shall be adopted for the purpose of preparation of Electoral Roll for ensuing Bye-Elections to Ward No. V of Village Panchayat Nadora, Taluka Bardez, North Goa District in the State of Goa. The Constitution of Village Panchayat ward is as per following Notification.
