the Goa Town and Country Planning (Change of
zone of land in the Regional Plan or the Outline
Development Plan) Rules, 2024 (hereinafter referred
to as the "said Rules"), the Town and Country
Planning Department, after scrutinizing the said
proposals, had placed such proposals alongwith
it's scrutiny reports before the Goa Town and
Country Planning Board for its recommendation/
/approval/decision;
And whereas, the Goa Town and Country
Planning Board in it's 205th meeting held on
19-08-2024, 206th meeting held on 04-09-2024 and
207th meeting held on 10-10-2024 has approved
the said proposals as specified in above table;
Now, therefore, as required by sub-rule (2) of rule
4 of the said Rules, a notice is hereby given to the
public that the Goa Town and Country Planning
Board in it's 205th meeting held on 19-08-2024,
206th meeting held on 04-09-2024 and 207th
meeting held on 10-10-2024 has approved the said
proposals for change of zones in the Regional Plan
for Goa – 2021 in respect of the plots of land as
specified in above table, which were placed before
it under sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the said Rules and
suggestions are hereby invited from the public
within a period of thirty days from the date of
publication to this Notification in the Official
Gazette.
All the proposals as specified in the above table
are available for the purpose of inspection in the
Regional Plan Cell, Office of Tiswadi Taluka, Town
and Country Planning Department, Kamat Tower,
5th Floor, Patto, Panaji-Goa.
Suggestions, if any, to the said proposals as
approved by the Goa Town and Country Planning
Board may be forwarded to the Chief Town Planner
(Planning), 2nd Floor, Dempo Tower, Patto Plaza,
Panaji-Goa, before the expiry of the said period of
thirty days, so that the said proposals alongwith
suggestions, if any received, can be placed before
the Goa Town and Country Planning Board for its
recommendation/approval/decision in terms of sub-
-rule (3) of rule 4 of the said Rules.

Gitte, IAS, District Magistrate, North Goa, do hereby order the temporary closure of INOX lane (General Bernard Guedes Road) i.e. road leading from Panaji Market to D. B. B. Marg along Inox complex for all type of vehicles for the period from 18-11-2024 to 30-11-2024.
Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 116 of the above Act, I also authorize the erection of signboards showing the closure of road/traffic on the above mentioned road in order to regulate the motor vehicular traffic.

from ESG Main Entrance to Kala Academy on
22-11-2024 between 03:00 p.m. to 08:00 p.m. The
diversion of traffic is detailed below:-
Closure/Diversion:-
1. The incoming vehicular traffic proceeding
towards Miramar side shall be diverted at
Bandodkar Statue and at Ferry Point to proceed
further via M.G. Road – St. Inez.
2. The outgoing vehicular traffic from Miramar side
proceeding towards Panaji/KTC shall be diverted
to Kala Academy junction towards St. Inez
junction and further proceed via 18th June Road
– Custom/Church Square – Cortin.
Conditions
1. The normal flow of vehicular traffic on the
parallel and surrounding roads shall not be
obstructed.
2. The Organizers shall obtain prior permission
from all competent authorities.
3. The Organizers shall deploy maximum Traffic
Marshals to ensure orderly parking and No
Parking of vehicles on the main and adjacent
roads.
4. The Organizers shall ensure that the people
attending/participating in the event shall not
park their vehicles on the roads obstructing
vehicular flow as also the pedestrians.
5. Sufficient traffic signages/directional boards
shall be erected at the road closure points and
diversions for the information of motorists and
other road users.
6. The Organizers shall also erect Mojo Barricading
along the parade route.
7. The road shall be blocked half an hour before
the function and blockades shall be removed
within half an hour after the event is over.
8. The Organizers shall give wide publicity of the
road closure and diversion in local print,
electronic and social media.
9. NOC from Panaji Police Station shall be obtained
well in advance.
10. The permission is subject to cancellation/
/revocation at any moment.
