On the recommendation of the Goa Public
Service Commission as conveyed vide their letter
No. COM/I/5/3(1)/2023/155 dated 31-07-2024, the
Government of Goa is pleased to appoint Dr. Vaibhav
Krishna Parab to the post of "Veterinary Officer",
Group 'B' Gazetted under UR Category in the
Directorate of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary
Services, Panaji, Goa on regular basis in the pay
scale of PB-2: Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of
Rs. 4600/- plus 20% NPA (Level-7 of the 7th Pay
Commission) and other allowances as applicable.
His appointment will take effect from the date of
his joining the post. His character and antecedents
have been verified by the District Magistrate, North
Goa and he has been declared medically fit by the
Medical Board, Goa Medical College, Bambolim. He
shall join at Veterinary Dispensary, Chandel.
He shall draw his salary under Budget Head Demand No. 65 "2403—Animal Husbandry; 00—; 101—Veterinar y Services & Animal Health; 01—Rinderpest Eradication(Plan)(A); 01—Salaries."
The above Officer shall be on probation for a period of 2 years from the date of joining the post.

of Goa is pleased to appoint Shri Ram alias Tanay
Sandesh Timblo, as probationer to the post of Dy.
Town Planner (Group 'A' Gazetted) under the
Government of Goa, in the Level-10 of the Pay Matrix
on temporary basis, in the Town and Country
Planning Department.
The above candidate has been declared medically
fit by the Medical Board, Goa Medical College,
Bambolim, Goa, as conveyed by the Medical
Superintendent, Goa Medical College, Bambolim,
Goa, vide their letter No. 4/105/85-H/GMC/2024/722
dated 24-10-2024. His character and antecedent has
been verified by the Office of the Collector & District
Magistrate, South Goa District, Margao-Goa, that
there is nothing adverse reported against Shri Ram
alias Tanay Sandesh Timblo, as conveyed vide their
letter No. 36/02/2024/TCP/VCA/MAG/254/II/
/M.O.4490 dated 08-11-2024.
The pay and allowances of the above candidate shall be debited to the Budget Head controlled by the Department wherever he is posted from time to time.

Notification
No. 36/18/17(2)/Notification (15)/TCP-2024/1601
Whereas, the Town and Country Planning Department is in receipt of applications under sub-section (2) of Section 17 of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act, 1974 (Act 21 of 1975) for correction of inconsistent/incoherent zoning in the Regional Plan for Goa-2021 (RPG-2021) in respect of the plots of land as specified in detail in columns (2) to (5) of the Table below;
And whereas, the rectifications/corrections as requested in the said applications were scrutinized and Report of the Town and Country Planning Department alongwith the reports from registered professionals were submitted to the Government for decision;
And whereas, the Government has considered the Reports and it is of the opinion that alterations/ /modifications as specified in column (6) of the Table below corresponding to respective survey number as specified in column (2) of said Table are necessary to be carried out to the RPG-2021 for the purpose of rectifying inadvertent errors that have occurred, and for correction of inconsistent/incoherent zoning proposals in the RPG-2021 and it has directed the Chief Town Planner (Planning) to carry out alterations/modifications as specified in column (6) of the Table below to the RPG-2021;
Now, therefore, as directed by the Government and in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 17 of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act, 1974 (Act 21 of 1975), the alterations/modifications as specified in column (6) of the Table below corresponding to respective survey number as stated in column (2) of said Table are hereby carried out to the RPG-2021.
