In exercise of the powers vested in me vide Rule 2(e) of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, Daulat Hawaldar, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission, Altinho, Panaji-Goa hereby appoint the following Officers as Returning Officers and Assistant Returning Officers within their concerned jurisdiction for the ensuing bye-elections to the vacant seats of Panchayat members in the wards mentioned against their names below:

In exercise of the powers vested in me under sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Goa Municipalities Act, 1968 amended from time to time, I, Daulat Hawaldar, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner, Goa State Election Commission, Panaji hereby notify that the electoral rolls of the Goa Legislative Assembly prepared under the provisions of Representation of People Act, 1950 for the time being in force as on 1st January, 2025 (as the qualifying date) and published on 6th January, 2025 (Basic Roll of Special Summary Revision 2025 published on 29-10-2024 integrated with Additions, Deletions and Modifications carried out during Special Summary Revision 2025) for such constituency of the Assembly or any part thereof as is included in Municipal areas shall be divided into different sections corresponding to different ward in the Municipal Council of Cuncolim as fixed by Director of Municipal Administration under Section 10 of the Goa Municipalities Act, 1968, as per the delimitation vide Order No. 10/821-2019-DMA/ /Election to 11 MC/5120 date 04-02-2021 for ensuing Bye Election to Ward No. X of Cuncolim Municipal Council, Taluka Salcete, South Goa District in the State of Goa.
The division of electoral rolls into different sections corresponding to different wards shall be done by the Mamlatdar/Assistant Returning Officer of the respective Taluka in which the Municipal Council are situated and the lists of voters so prepared shall be authenticated by the Dy. Collector & S.D.O./Returning Officer.

In exercise of the powers conferred on me vide
Rule 5 of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat
(Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, Daulat
Hawaldar, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner of Goa State
Election Commission, hereby notify that the
Electoral Roll of the Goa Legislative Assembly
prepared under the provisions of Representation of
People Act, 1950 (Central Act 43 of 1951) for the
time being in force as on 1st January, 2025 (as the
qualifying date) and published on 6th January, 2025
(Basic Roll of Special Summary Revision 2025
published on 29-10-2024 integrated with Additions,
Deletions and Modifications carried out during
Special Summary Revision 2025) for such
Constituencies of the Assembly or any part thereof
as is included in the area within the jurisdiction
Village Panchayat shall be adopted for the purpose
of preparation of Electoral Roll for ensuing Bye
Elections to Ward No. V of Village Panchayat
Netorlim, Taluka Sanguem, South Goa District in
the State of Goa. The Constitution of Village
Panchayat ward is as per following Notifications.
