The Order 4/49/BYE-ELN/V.P./2024-25/SEC/35 dated 17-02-2025 stands modified as under:
The General Observer for Bye-Election to Ward No. II of Village Panchayat Sao Jose de Areal, Taluka Salcete, South Goa District in the State of Goa in column No. 2 at Sr. No. 1 shall be read as "Shri Velton Tellis, Deputy Collector South 1, South Goa District, Matanhy Saldanha Administrative Complex, Margao, Goa." instead of Shri Vinayak Suresh Chari, Deputy Collector (DRO), South Goa District, Matanhy Saldanha Administrative Complex, Margao, Goa.
The remaining part of the order remains unchanged.
