Whereas, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (A Govt. of India Enterprise) has its LPG Bottling Plant at Plot No. 150, Kundaim Industrial Estate, Kundaim, Ponda-Goa 403115, they are supplying LPG cylinders from Goa LPG Plant to North and South Goa and some Districts of Maharashtra and Karnataka.
Whereas, at present they are having a parking area of approximately 2350 sq. mts. for parking of LPG bulk tankers as well as LPG packed cylinder trucks. Current parking area is inadequate for parking of the trucks due to increase in market demand. Hence, they have leased additional land from GIDC bearing plot number area-7 admeasuring as area of 4940 sq. mts. located within Kundaim The applicant Mr. Stephen Mathew Fernandes, resident of House No. 319/3A, Dando, Siolim, Bardez- -Goa, has made application to the Collector North, Panaji-Goa under Section 38 of the Goa Land Revenue Code, 1968 for regularisation of encroachment on Government land under survey No. 127 Sub Division I of Village Siolim, Bardez Taluka, North Goa admeasuring an area of 390 square meters including existing house of 175 square meters.
Any person interested in the said land may, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette and newspaper, may object to the regularisation of encroachment under OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES III No. 48 27TH FEBRUARY, 2025 Section 38 of the Act. Every such objection shall be made to the Collector, North Goa, Panaji-Goa in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof. The Collector, North Goa, Panaji thinks necessary, by order, either allows or disallow the objections.
