In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 20(1) & 20(2) of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Government of Goa is pleased to appoint the below mentioned Officers as Additional District Magistrate and grant them the powers of District Magistrate to maintain law and order situation during General Election to Lok Sabha, 2024 in North Goa District from 05-05-2024 till all the EVMs are stored in the strong room after poll on 07-05-2024 and also on 04-06-2024 (counting day).
