The Executive Engineer, W. D. XXV (Roads), P.W.D., Fatorda, Margao-Goa, shall take necessary steps for erection of "Hump Type Speed Breaker" and "Rumbler Strips" on the above locations along with installation of cautionary signboards i.e. "Hump Type Speed Breakers/Rumblers Strips" ahead, Go Slow, curve road, four road junction, "T" junction etc. also necessary road markings of thermoplastic luminous paint/strips, median markings for better visibility, guidance of motorists and embedded cat-eyes as per IRC specifications laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways & as published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 15 dated 15th July, 2005, by the Government of Goa. The signboards shall be installed as per specifications laid in the schedule under the Goa Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2005.
Action taken report including photographs of the work executed must be submitted to this office within 30 days.
Non-compliance of order shall attract penal provisions u/s 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The subscribers to the Official Gazette are kindly reminded that their present subscription term ends on the 31st March, 2025 being the end of financial year.
In case they wish to continue to be subscribers for the ensuing financial year 2025-2026 they have to renew their subscriptions from 1st April, 2025.
Subscriptions also can be opened for half year i.e. from 1st April or 1st October or for any quarter, beginning on 1st April, 1st July, 1st October or 1st January.
Renewal of subscription from 1st April should be effected on or before 31st March, 2025 in order to avoid interruption in the despatch of copies of the Gazette.
