In exercise of the powers vested in me vide Rule 2(e) of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, W. V. In exercise of the powers conferred on me vide Rule 5 of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, W. V. Ramanamurthy, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission, hereby notify that the Electoral Roll of the Goa Legislative Assembly prepared under the provisions of Representation of People Act, 1950 (Central Act 43 of 1951) for the time being in force as on 1st January, 2024 (as the qualifying date) and published on 5th January, 2024 integrated with Additions, Deletions and Modifications carried out during Continuous Updation 2024 upto 19-04-2024 for such Constituencies of the Assembly or any part thereof as is included in the area within the jurisdiction Village Panchayats shall be adopted for the purpose of preparation of Electoral Roll for ensuing Bye Elections to Ward No. XI of Village Panchayat Borim, Taluka Ponda, South Goa District in the State of Goa. The Constitution of Village Panchayat ward is as per following Notifications.

(Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, W. V.
Ramanamurthy, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner of Goa
State Election Commission, Panaji-Goa, hereby notify
that the Electoral Roll of the Goa Legislative

of 1951) for the time being in force as on 1st January,
2024 (as the qualifying date) and published on
5th January, 2024 integrated with Additions,

Constituency of South Goa Zilla Panchayat as per
the existing delimitation Notification No. 19/DP/ZP
Election/2020/621 dated 20-02-2020 issued by the Government.
