Whereas, the VVIP will be having a public meeting on 27-04-2024 near BITS Pilani, Zuarinagar, opposite Radha Krishna Temple on 27-04-2024 for which various security arrangements are required to be taken;
And whereas, as a measure to beef-up security there shall be restriction on the aerial photography or videography in any form such as by use of drone cameras, flying balloons, etc. Hence, there is a) That the Police Personnel and other Government officials shall be in their service uniform and shall carry their identity cards and authorization cards authorizing them to use the drone in connection with their official duties, issued by the Competent Authority.
b) That the exemption is applicable in relation to the above said personnel only when they are on official duty and to other agencies/ /entities who are granted specific NOC/ /permission by this office subject to Suggestions are welcomed on e-mail: [email protected]OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT.
