Read: Notification No. 4/44/BYE-ELN/VP/2023-2024/SEC/96 dated 24-04-2024.
The Notification No. 4/44/BYE-ELN/VP/2023-2024/SEC/96 dated 24-04-2024 stands modified as under:
Electoral Roll of the Goa Legislative Assembly prepared under the provisions of Representation of People Act, 1950 (Central Act 43 of 1951) for the time being in force as on 1st January, 2024 (as the qualifying date) and published on 5th January, 2024 integrated with Additions, Deletions and Modifications carried out during Continuous Updation 2024 upto 19-04-2024 instead of Electoral Roll of the Goa Legislative Assembly prepared under the provisions of Representation of People Act, 1950 (Central Act 43 of 1951) for the time being in force as on 1st January, 2024 (as the qualifying date) and published on 5th January, 2024.
The remaining part of the Notification remains unchanged.
