The Executive Engineer, W. D. VI (Roads), P.W.D., Fatorda, Margao-Goa shall take necessary steps for the erection of "One Hump Type Speed Breakers" on the above locations along with the installation of cautionary signboards i.e. road markings of thermoplastic luminous paint/strips, median markings for better visibility, guidance of motorists and embedded cat-eyes as per IRC specifications laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highway & as published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 15 dated 15th July, 2005 and as amended by the Government of Goa. The signboards shall be installed as per specifications laid in the schedule under the Goa Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2005.
Action taken report including photographs of the work executed must be submitted to this office within 30 days.
Non-compliance of order shall attract penal provision u/s 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
