In exercise of the powers vested in me vide Rule 2(e) of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, Daulat Hawaldar, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission, Altinho, Panaji-Goa hereby appoint the following Officers as Returning Officers and Assistant Returning Officers within their concerned jurisdiction for the ensuing Bye-Elections to the vacant seats of Panchayat members in the wards mentioned against their names below:

In exercise of the powers conferred on me vide Rule 5 of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, Daulat Hawaldar, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission, hereby notify that the Electoral Roll of the Goa Legislative Assembly prepared under the provisions of Representation of People Act, 1950 (Central Act 43 of 1951) for the time being in force as on 1st January, 2025 (as the qualifying date) and published on 6th January, 2025 (Basic Roll of Special Summary Revision 2025 published on 29-10-2024 integrated with Additions, Deletions and Modifications carried out during Special Summary Revision 2025) and List of Addition, Deletion and Correction carried out during continuous updation with respect to 1st April, 2025 for such Constituencies of the Assembly or any part thereof as is included in the area within the jurisdiction Village Panchayat shall be adopted for the purpose of preparation of Electoral Roll for ensuing Bye-Election to Ward No. IV of Village Panchayat Arambol, Taluka Pernem, North Goa District in the State of Goa and Ward No. II of Village Panchayat Durbhat, Taluka Ponda, South Goa District in the State of Goa. The Constitution of Village Panchayat ward is as per following Notifications.
