In exercise of the powers conferred under Sections 112, 115 and 116 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988) and Rule 264-A of the Goa Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2005, I, Egna Cleetus, IAS, District Magistrate, South Goa, Margao, in public interest, do hereby notify "No Parking Zone for Four Wheelers and Heavy Vehicles" alongside the MDR 40 road near 3 Military Regiment from Assistant Garrison Engineer MES Gate to Golden Marble Tiles Factory road at Dicarpale and from Fatima Church Bus Stop Dicarpale to Lakaki Bus Stop Dicarpale, Davorlim, Salcete-Goa, as indicated in the schedule below and direct the erection of cautionary signboards thereof:

VI (Roads), P.W.D., Fatorda, Margao-Goa shall take necessary steps for erection of signboards for "No Parking Zone for Four Wheelers and Heavy Vehicles" on the above locations along with necessary road markings of thermoplastic luminous paint/strips, median markings for better visibility, guidance of motorists and embedded cat-eyes as per IRC specifications laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highway & as published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 15 dated 15th July, 2005, by the Government of Goa. The signboards shall be installed as per specifications laid in the schedule under the Goa Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2005.
Action taken report including photographs of the work executed must be submitted to this office within 30 days.
Non-compliance of order shall attract penal provision u/s 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. After marriage my name is Shrutika Shailesh Kamulkar.
4. That in my Marriage certificate both the names of mine and name of my husband are stated.

6. That PAN number is BAUPN7891K which is same before and after my marriage.
7. That the said expanded initial (name), namely Shrutika, may kindly be treated as first name Shailesh may be treated as middle name Kamulkar as the last name.
