4/55/Bye-ELN/ V.P./2025-26/SEC/421 Date : 04-Aug-2025 Read: Order No. 4/55/Bye-ELN/V.P./2025-26/SEC/126 dated 11-07-2025.

The Model Code of Conduct imposed by the Goa State Election Commission with effect from 11th July, 2025 vide above referred order for Bye-Election to Ward No. IV of Village Panchayat Arambol, Taluka Pernem, North Goa District in the State of Goa and Ward No. II of Village Panchayat Durbhat, Taluka Ponda, South Goa District in the State of Goa is lifted with immediate effect.

This is for information and further necessary action by all concerned authorities.
