D.Tpt /EST/ 2567/2024/2437 Date : 11-Sep-2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to rule 81 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, the Government of Goa hereby directs that, additional fee for delay after expiry of certificate of fitness, in respect of heavy goods vehicles engaged in mining activities registered on the portal of Department of Mines (DoM), as specified against entry at Serial No. 11-A of the Table in rule 81 of the said Rules, shall not be levied exceeding one thousand rupees upto 30-09-2025.
This Notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
This issues with the approval of the Government.
