GSEC/2025/6970 Date : 16-Sep-2025 Consequent upon attaining the age of 65 years by Shri Daulat Hawaldar, IAS (Retired), the Commissioner of the Goa State Election Commission, he stands relieved from the said post w.e.f. 14-09- 2025 (a. n.) in terms of the provisions of Rule 4 of the Goa Panchayat Raj (Conditions of Service of State Election Commissioner) Rules, 1997.
