And whereas, in terms of sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Goa Town and Country Planning (Change of zone of land in the Regional Plan or the Outline Development Plan) Rules, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Rules"), the Town and Country Planning Department, after scrutinizing the said Proposals, had placed such proposals alongwith it's scrutiny reports before the Goa Town and Country Planning Board for its recommendation/approval/decision;
And whereas, the Goa Town and Country Planning Board in it's 221st Meeting held on 16-10-2025, has approved the said proposals as specified in above table;
Now, therefore, as required by sub-rule (2) of rule 4 of the said Rules, a notice is hereby given to the public that the Goa Town and Country Planning Board in it's 221st Meeting held on 16-10-2025, has approved the said proposals for change of zones, in respect of the plots of land as specified in above table, which were placed before it under sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the said Rules and suggestions are hereby invited from the public within a period of thirty days from the date of publication to this Notification in the Official Gazette.
All the proposals as specified in the above table are available for the purpose of inspection in the Regional Plan Cell, Office of Tiswadi Taluka, Town and Country Planning Department, Kamat Tower, 5th Floor, Patto, Panaji-Goa.
Suggestions, if any, to the said proposals as approved by the Goa Town and Country Planning Board may be forwarded to the Chief Town Planner (Planning), 2nd Floor, Dempo Tower, Patto Plaza, Panaji-Goa, before the expiry of the said period of thirty days, so that the said proposals alongwith suggestions, if any received, can be placed before the Goa Town and Country Planning Board for its recommendation/approval/ /decision in terms of sub-rule (3) of rule 4 of the said Rules.

Leaving behind him his moiety sharer his wife said Cruzinha Pereira and his only son Mansel Preston Goes as is evident from the Deed of Succession dated 19-09-2024 recorded at folio 90 to 94 of Notary book of Deeds No. 614 before the Special Notary at Quepem and that on 29th of August, 2005 expired Carmelina Fernandes wife of Peregrino Pereira at Hospicio Hospital, Margao-Goa, without executing any Will or Gift or any other legal disposition of her last wish but leaving behind her moiety sharer her husband Peregrino Pereira and her three children, (one) Shanita Pereira aged about 48 yrs., married to Inacio Cipriano Antao both Indian Nationals, residents of H. No. 210/1, Sucaldem, Chinchinim-Goa, (two) Sony Pereira aged about 45 yrs., service, married to Feoula Fernandes, aged about 43 yrs., housewife, both Indian Nationals, residents of H. No. 26, Buring, Balli, Quepem-Goa, (three) Shul Pereira aged about 43 yrs., married to Cleophas Esperance Cardozo aged about 49 yrs., service, both Indian Nationals, residents of H. No. 26, Buring Balli, Quepem-Goa. And by this same Deed Mrs. Francisca Pereira along with her husband Jose Ferino Fernandes and Mrs. Cruzinha Pereira and her only son Mansel Preston Goes have relinquished their rights to the inheritance left by their parents/ /parents in law, grandparents late Mr. Sebastiao Pereira and late Mrs. Francisca Teixeira in terms of Section 30 of the Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012 in force in Goa.
