Addendum

17/1/Fixation of land rates/2012-RD-I(PF-II)/3063 Date : 17-Nov-2025

Read: 1) Order No. 17/1/Fixation of land rates/2012-RD/6850 dated 05-08-2020 published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 20 dated 13-08-2020.

2) Order No. 17/1/Fixation of land rates/2012-RD(PFII)/883 dated 13-09-2024 published in the Official Gazette, Extraordinary No. 2, Series I No. 24 dated 13-09-2024.

3) Order No. 17/1/Fixation of land rates/2012-RD(PFII)/1174 dated 30-10-2024 published in the Official Gazette, Extraordinary No. 3, Series I No. 30 dated 30-10-2024.

In the Order read at preamble, the following para shall be added after the Note in Annexure as Sr. No. (d):

"(d) The minimum land values indicated therein shall not be applicable at the time of execution of the conveyance deed in respect of plots allotted by the Goa Housing Board, under the Goa Housing Board Act, 1968 and the rules made thereunder. In such cases, the rate determined by the Goa Housing Board, at the time of allotment of the plot shall be considered for the purpose of calculating stamp duty for registration."

The remaining content of the said Order shall remain unchanged.

2) Order No. 17/1/Fixation of land rates/2012-RD(PFII)/1174 dated 30-10--2024 published in the Official Gazette, Extraordinary No. 3, Series I No. 30 dated 30-10-2024.

In the Order read at preamble, the following para shall be added after the Note in Annexure as Sr. No. (e):

"(e) The minimum land values indicated therein in case of Comunidade land, for an area upto 400 sq. mtrs. within S1 to S4 Zones, the base rate will be reduced by 50%."

The remaining content of the said Order shall remain unchanged.
