And whereas, in terms of sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Goa Town and Country Planning (Change of zone of land in the Regional Plan or the Outline Development Plan) Rules, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Rules"), the Town and Country Planning Department, after scrutinizing the said Proposals, had placed such proposals alongwith it's scrutiny reports before the Goa Town and Country Planning Board for its recommendation/approval/decision;
And whereas, the Goa Town and Country Planning Board in it's 223rd Meeting held on 06-11-2025, has approved the said proposals as specified in above table;
Now, therefore, as required by sub-rule (2) of rule 4 of the said Rules, a notice is hereby given to the public that the Goa Town and Country Planning Board in it's 223rd Meeting held on 06-11-2025 and 211th meeting held on 15-01-2025, has approved the said proposals for change of zones, in respect of the plots of land as specified in above table, which were placed before it under sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the said Rules and suggestions are hereby invited from the public within a period of thirty days from the date of publication to this Notification in the Official Gazette.
All the proposals as specified in the above table are available for the purpose of inspection in the Regional Plan Cell, Office of Tiswadi Taluka, Town and Country Planning Department, Kamat Tower, 5th Floor, Patto, Panaji-Goa.
Suggestions, if any, to the said proposals as approved by the Goa Town and Country Planning Board may be forwarded to the Chief Town Planner (Planning), 2nd Floor, Dempo Tower, Patto Plaza, Panaji-Goa, before the expiry of the said period of thirty days, so that the said proposals alongwith suggestions, if any received, can be placed before the Goa Town and Country Planning Board for its recommendation/approval/ /decision in terms of sub-rule (3) of rule 4 of the said Rules.

Superintendent of Police, Traffic (North) has informed that the annual festival "Kojagiri Poornima" is being celebrated on 07-10-2025 at Pernem-Goa and the traditional function will be held in Bhagawati Temple and Adinath Temple in Pernem Town.
And whereas, the Dy. Superintendent of Police, Traffic (North), Altinho, Panaji has proposed/recommended to ban the movement of heavy vehicles on 07-10-2025 from 14:00 hrs. to 06:00 hrs. (next day) i.e. on 08-10-2025 from 1) Malpem to Pernem Town (MDR-16), 2) Naibag (Internal road i.e. MDR-16) to Pernem Town, 3) ITI Tuem (MDR-19) to Pernem Town and 4) Paraste (MDR-16) to Pernem Town.
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Sections 115 & 116 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and as proposed/recommended by the Dy. Superintendent of Police, Traffic (North), Altinho, Panaji, I, Ankit Yadav, IAS, District Magistrate, North Goa do hereby notify temporary ban on movement of heavy vehicles on 07-10-2025 from 14:00 hrs. to 06:00 hrs. (next day) i.e. on 08-10-2025 on the following routes:-

Whereas, the Dy. Superintendent of Police Traffic (North) has informed that the Deepotsav function is being celebrated on 29-10-2025 from 16.45 hrs. onward at Khajan Gundo Bandh-Parcem, Pernem-Goa organized by Hon'ble MLA of Mandrem Constituency.
And whereas, the Dy. Superintendent of Police Traffic (North), Altinho, Panaji has proposed/recommended to temporary close the stretch of Khajan Gundo Bandh road leading from Palniwada Parcem to Vaidongar junction for the movement of vehicular traffic on 29-10-2025 between 11:00 hrs. to 24:00 hrs.
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Sections 115 & 116 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and as proposed/recommended by the Dy. Superintendent of Police Traffic (North), Altinho, Panaji, I, Ankit Yadav, IAS, District Magistrate, North Goa, do hereby notify temporary closure of the stretch of Khajan Gundo Bandh road from Palniwada Parcem to Vaidongar junction for the movement of vehicular traffic on 29-10-2025 between 11:00 hrs. to 24:00 hrs.
The Superintendent of Police (Traffic), Altinho, Panaji is directed to publish this Notification through the Director of Information and Publicity in press/media/social media regarding the traffic diversion and to make necessary arrangements to erect the sign boards at the required places for the information of the motorists and other road users.

In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 112 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and Rule 264A of the Motor Vehicles Rules, 1991 as amended in 2005 and as recommended by the Asstt. Engineer, SD.III, WD.XIII(R), PWD, Mapusa, Bardez-Goa and the Dy. Supdt. of Police, Traffic (North), Altinho, Panaji-Goa I, Ankit Yadav, IAS, District Magistrate, North Goa hereby notify the construction of "Speed Breakers" at the places mentioned in Column No. 2 of the schedule herein below within the jurisdiction of Village Panchayat Saligao in Bardez Taluka.

Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 116 of the above Act, I also authorize the erection of cautionary signboards "Speed Breaker Ahead" at about 40 mts. on either side of the speed breaker in advance of the speed breaker and traffic signboard showing the sign "Speed Breaker" at the placement of the speed breaker & thick rumbler strips in order to regulate the motor vehicular traffic.
The Sarpanch/Secretary, Village Panchayat Saligao in Bardez Taluka, is directed to publish this notification through the Director of Information and Publicity in local newspapers and P.W.D. (Engineering Cell) to make necessary arrangements to construct the Speed Breaker and to erect the signboards at the places indicated above as per the specification laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and as published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 15 dated 15-07-2005 by the Government of Goa and report compliance within thirty days time.

15. It is hereby made known to the public that by Judgment and Decree dated 24-09-2025 passed by this Court, it is ordered that the petition stands allowed.
The statutory period of 6 months required under Article 10 (A) of the Divorce Act, 1869 stands waived.
The provisional divorce granted to the Petitioners vide Order dated 04-06-2025 is hereby made absolute in terms of Section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for all legal purposes.
The divorce by mutual consent is granted to the Petitioners on the terms and conditions agreed between them.
The marriage of the Petitioners registered in the Office of Civil Registrar of Salcete, Margao-Goa on 13-05-2020 against entry No. 604/2020 on page 4 of the marriage (4) registration book for the year 2020 is dissolved by way of divorce by mutual consent for all legal purposes.
The Civil Registrar, Salcete, Margao-Goa shall cancel the marriage of the Petitioners registered in the office on 13-05-2020 against entry No. 604/2020 on page 4 of the marriage (4) registration book for the year 2020 after following due process of Law.
