Order
29/11/De-Regulation-GIPB/TCP/2025/2400 Date : 28-Nov-2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 3.5C of the Goa Land Development and Building Construction Regulations, 2010, the Government of Goa hereby directs that the following permission and/or order, clearances shall be secured either through online or offline mode from the date of commencement of this order till 01-01-2026 and thereafter such permission or order or clearances shall be secured compulsorily only in online mode, namely:—
(i) Development Permission and Technical Clearances for Multi-Dwellings up to 4 units.
(ii) Completion order in respect of construction which have been approved in online mode, by uploading the drawings and documents in soft copy on the portal https://bpams.goa.gov.in. This Order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
