And whereas, in terms of sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Goa Town and Country Planning (Change of zone of land in the Regional Plan or the Outline Development Plan) Rules, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Rules"), the Town and Country Planning Department, after scrutinizing the said Proposals, had placed OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES III No. 35 27TH NOVEMBER, 2025 such proposals alongwith it's scrutiny reports before the Goa Town and Country Planning Board for its recommendation/approval/decision;
And whereas, the Goa Town and Country Planning Board in it's 224th Meeting held on 13-11-2025, has approved the said proposals as specified in above table;
Now, therefore, as required by sub rule (2) of rule 4 of the said Rules, a notice is hereby given to the public that the Goa Town and Country Planning Board in it's 224th Meeting held on 13-11-2025, has approved the said proposals for change of zones, in respect of the plots of land as specified in above table, which were placed before it under sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the said Rules and suggestions are hereby invited from the public within a period of thirty days from the date of publication to this Notification in the Official Gazette.
All the proposals as specified in the above table are available for the purpose of inspection in the Regional Plan Cell, Office of Tiswadi Taluka, Town and Country Planning Department, Kamat Tower, 5th Floor, Patto, Panaji-Goa.
Suggestions, if any, to the said proposals as approved by the Goa Town and Country Planning Board may be forwarded to the Chief Town Planner (Planning), 2nd Floor, Dempo Tower, Patto Plaza, Panaji Goa, before the expiry of the said period of thirty days, so that the said proposals alongwith suggestions, if any received, can be placed before the Goa Town and Country Planning Board for its recommendation/approval/ /decision in terms of sub-rule (3) of rule 4 of the said Rules.

The Executive Engineer, W.D.VI (Roads), P.W.D., Fatorda, Margao-Goa shall take the necessary steps for the erection of "Hump type Speed Breakers" at the above locations along with the installation of cautionary signboards i.e. Hump type Speed Breaker, Go Slow, Curve Road, Four Road Junction etc. alongwith necessary road markings of thermoplastic luminous paint/strips, median markings for better visibility, guidance of motorists and embedded cat-eyes as per IRC specifications laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highway & as published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 15 dated 15th July, 2005, by the Government of Goa. The signboards shall be installed as per specifications laid in the schedule under the Goa Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2005.
Action taken report including photographs of the work executed must be submitted to this office within 30 days.
Non-compliance of order shall attract penal provision u/s 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Public Notice
Whereas, the erstwhile Greater Panaji Planning and Development Authority (herein referred to as "GPPDA") vide Notification No. GPPDA/ODP of TPA/889/2018 dated 15-11-2018 published the Draft Development Plan for Taleigao Planning area-2028 in the Official Gazette, Series III, No. 33 dated 15-11-2018 and invited objections thereto from the public, in writing within a period of two month from the date of publication of the said Notification in the Official Gazette;

And whereas, the Government after consultation with Goa Town and Country Planning Board approved the Outline Development Plan for 'Taleigao Planning Area' under Section 36 of Goa Town and Country Planning Act, 1974 (Act 21 of 1975);
And whereas, the GPPDA vide Notification No. GPPDA/ODP of TPA/1802/2019 dated 18-02-2019 issued under sub-section (1) of Section 37 of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act, 1974 (Act 21 of 1975) published the said Development Plan for the Taleigao Planning Area-2028 in Official Gazette, Series III No. 46, dated 18-02-2019 as well as in the local newspapers namely "The Navhind Times" & "Tarun Bharat" dated 21-02-2019 and that from the date of such publication the said development Plan for the Taleigao Planning Area 2028 came in to operation;
And whereas the 'Taleigao Planning Area' came under jurisdiction of North Goa PDA vide Notification No. 36/1/443/2022/2098 dated 24-08-2022.
And whereas, now it is brought to the notice of this Authority by village Panchayat Taleigao that certain error has been cropped in the Taleigao ODP 2028 in respect of the width and alignment of existing road passing through survey numbers 110/1, 110/2 & 110/4 of Taleigao village which is shown as 8.00 mts. wide road instead of 10.00 mts. which is width of existing road on site and also alignment of the road depicted in Taleigao ODP 2028 does not correspond with the actual alignment on the ground.
And whereas, the Outline Development Plan for Taleigao Planning Area 2028 has been scrutinised and it is necessary to correct the said cartographical errors made in the Outline Development Plan for Taleigao Planning Area 2028 in the public interest;
And whereas, the approval of the Government for correcting the said cartographical error in the Outline Development Plan for Taleigao Planning Area-2028 has been obtained vide note No. 36/1/563/2025/3162(A) dated 01-08-2025.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 39 of the Goa, Daman and Diu, Town and Country Planning Act, 1974 (Act 21 of 1975), Member Secretary of the North Goa Planning and Development Authority hereby carry out the following corrections/changes in the Outline Development Plan for Taleigao Planning Area 2028 namely:-
In the Outline Development Plan for Taleigao Planning Area 2028:
i) For the width 8.00 mts. as appearing against the road passing through Survey No. 110/1, 110/2 & 110/4 of Taleigao village of Tiswadi Taluka, the width 10.00 mts. shall be substituted with alignment as shown in enclosed plan.
This Notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
