2) Declaration dated 04-09-2025 submitted by the Secretary declaring hereunder that all the members of the Society have executed individual sale deed and thus, conveyance deed cannot be executed.

In exercise of the powers vested in me under Section 19 of the Goa Co-op. Societies Act, 2001, I, Monal Manerikar, the Asstt. Registrar of Co-op. Societies, South Zone, Margao, Goa in furtherance to the notice referred to at Sr. No. 01 and declaration referred at Sr. No. 02 above, hereby cancel the registration of the Rangel Residency "A" Co-op. Housing Society Ltd., Fatorda, Margao-Goa bearing under Code Symbol No. HSG-(b)-452/South Goa/03 dated 26-09-2003.

The society shall from the date of order of cancellation be deemed to be dissolved and shall cease to exist as Corporate Body.

Notification

In pursuance of Clause (ii) of sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (Central Act No. 49 of 2016), the Government of Goa hereby reconstitutes a Committee for Research on Disability, consisting of the following persons/members, namely:

Terms of reference:-

2. The Committee shall meet at least once in every six months.

3. Non official members and special invites shall be entitled for Travelling Allowance/Daily Allowance as admissible to the Group A Officer of the Government.

4. Committee for Research on Disability shall function as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and Goa Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018.

This Notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

On the recommendation of the Goa Services Board, the Governor of Goa is pleased to order transfer and posting of the following Junior Scale Officers of Goa Civil Service, in public interest, with immediate effect:-

Shri Pankaj Marathe, Deputy Director, Vigilance shall hold the charge of Joint Director, Information & Publicity in addition to his own duties.

Shri Pratik Porob, Deputy Director (Admn.), Industries, Trade & Commerce shall hold the charge of Deputy Director (Admn.), Social Welfare in addition to his own duties.

Shri Gauresh Pilgaonkar, Managing Director, Goa Energy Development Agency stands relieved from the additional charge of Deputy Commissioner of State Taxes.

This is issued with the concurrence of Election Commission of India, New Delhi conveyed vide letter No. 429/Goa/2025/WS-II dated 28-11-2025.

The officers shall complete handing over and taking over process with immediate effect and submit compliance.
