In exercise of the powers vested in me vide Rule 2(e) of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, Menino D'Souza, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner of State Election Commission, Goa, Panaji-Goa hereby appoint the following Officers as Returning Officers and Assistant Returning Officers within their concerned jurisdiction for the ensuing bye-elections to the vacant seats of Panchayat members in the wards mentioned against their names below:

Sub.:- Appointment of Returning Officer/Assistant Returning Officer for General Elections to Corporation of City of Panaji 2026.
Whereas, the State Election Commission is vested with the power of superintendence, direction and control of the preparation of the electoral rolls and the conduct of all elections to the Corporation of City of Panaji 2026.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested in me under Article 243 ZA of the Constitution of India read with Section 11 of The City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002 and Rule 5 of the Corporation of City of Panaji (Election) Rules, 2004, I, the undersigned, State Election Commissioner, Goa do hereby appoint the Officers mentioned below as the Returning Officer and Assistant Returning Officer for the ensuing General Elections to the Corporation of City of Panaji 2026.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 121 of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and Rule 5 of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, Menino D'Souza, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission, Panaji-Goa, hereby notify that the Electoral Roll of the Goa Legislative Assembly prepared under the provisions of Representation of People Act, 1950 (Central Act 43 of 1951) for the time being in force as on 1st January, 2025 (as the qualifying date) and published on 6th January, 2025 (Basic Roll of Special Summary Revision 2025 published on 29-10-2024 integrated with Additions, Deletions and Modifications carried out during Special Summary Revision 2025) and List of Addition, Deletion and Correction carried out during continuous updation till 1st October, 2025 i.e. Supplement 2, Supplement 3 and Supplement 4 for such Constituencies of the Assembly or any part thereof as is included in the area within the jurisdiction Village Panchayat shall be adopted for the purpose of preparation of Electoral Roll for holding Bye Election to Ward No. I, Village Panchayat Chandel-Hasapur, Ward No. IV of Village Panchayat Mandrem, Ward No. VII of Village Panchayat Piligao, Ward No. III of Village Panchayat Latambarcem, Ward No. I of Village Panchayat Pilerne Marna, Ward No. VI of Village Panchayat Sirsaim, Ward No. II of Salvador Do Mundo, Ward No. I of Village Panchayat Candolim, Ward No. VI of Village Panchayat Aquem Baixo, Ward No. I, Village Panchayat Borim, Ward No. III of Village Panchayat Veling Priol, Ward No. III of Village Panchayat Bhoma Adcolna, Ward No. VIII of Village Panchayat Balli Adnem and Ward No. VIII of Village Panchayat Loliem Polem as per the following delimitation Notification.
