In addition to the functions mentioned, the Task Force Committee (TFC) will also attend the following functions:-

3. The committee will ensure that there is grievance addressal method in event of any grievance at District Level.
4. The committee will ensure that all Acts & Laws as applicable for the State are properly enforced such as Minimum Wages Act, the Labour Act & Rules, Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, Migrant Workers Act & the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Acts, Working Women (Protection, Basic facilities and welfare) Act, etc.
5. The committee will bring to the notice of appropriate authority regarding any violation/ reform/suggestion for strict enforcement of statutory provisions.
6. The committee will undertake any other task assigned to it by the Competent Authority or any task which will result in betterment of the sector.

5. The committee will ensure that there is no force labour in the unit.
6. The committee will check the presence of child labour & ensure that the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act & the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Acts etc. is maintained.
7. The committee will ensure the human right violations if any.
8. The committee will ensure that the workers are free to move outside the unit after completion of the work hour if the workers are staying outside the unit.
9. The committee will ensure that the workers have the right to freedom of association.
10. The committee will ensure all desire licenses that needed to run the unit in the State of Goa to be uptodate.
11. The committee will ensure that the workers are paid at the minimum wedge act of the State.
12. The committee will ensure that proper shift time are maintained in the unit.
13. The committee will ensure that detail of name, designation of labour department of the respective area, shift timing, minimum wages & emergency contact number are displayed.
14. The committee will ensure that proper standing orders as per the industrial employment act is in place.
15. The committee will check for labour welfare being implemented by the unit.
16. The committee will ensure environmental hazards are arrested like SPCV NOC & Ammonia safety.
17. The committee will ensure that ground water of the nearby areas of the unit by virtue of the operation.
18. The committee will ensure that sexual harassment of women in workplace has been addressed with implementation of the act.
19. The committee will ensure that the unit has grievance addressal method.
20. The committee will undertake any other task assigned to it by the State Level Task force Committee or any task which will result in betterment of the sector.

In case they wish to continue to be subscribers for the ensuing financial year 2026-2027 they have to renew their subscriptions from 1st April, 2026.
Subscriptions also can be opened for half year i.e. from 1st April or 1st October or for any quarter, beginning on 1st April, 1st July, 1st October or 1st January.
Renewal of subscription from 1st April should be effected on or before 31st March, 2026 in order to avoid interruption in the despatch of copies of the Gazette. It should be noted that, in case the subscription is not opened/renewed before the commencement of the period to which it refers, the subscribers will be entitled to receive copies of the Gazette only from the date the subscription is actually opened/renewed.
Official Gazette is now available through e-mail for an annual subscription of Rs. 250/- (Rupees two
hundred fifty only).
The subscription charges are accepted either in cash, postal order, demand draft or cheques (subject to clearance) drawn only on State Bank of India, Panaji, in favour of the Director, Printing and Stationery, Panaji-Goa.
