The Goa Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2025

Act

to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of

the State of Goa for the services and purposes of the financial year 2024-2025.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the Seventy-Sixth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:—

1. Short title.— This Act may be called the Goa Appropriation Act, 2025. 2. Issue of Rs. 81,11,43,000/-, out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa for the financial year 2024-2025.— From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule herto amounting in the aggregate to the Suggestions are welcomed on e-mail: [email protected] 2227 OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES I No. 52 (EXTRAORDINARY No. 3) 01ST APRIL, 2025 sums of eighty one crore eleven lakhs forty three thousand rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the financial year 2024-2025 in respect of the services and for purposes specified in column (2) of the said Schedule.

3. Appropriation.— The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa under this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the said Schedule to this Act in relation to the said financial year.
