No. 4/95/Bye-ELN/V.P./2025-26/SEC/1092 Date : 31-Mar-2026 In exercise of the powers conferred on me vide Rule 5 of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, Menino D'Souza, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission, Panaji-Goa, hereby notify that the Electoral Roll of the Goa Legislative Assembly prepared under the provisions of Representation of People Act, 1950 (Central Act 43 of 1951) for the time being in force as on 1st January, 2026 (as the qualifying date) and published on 21st February, 2026 (Integrated Electoral Roll based on the Draft Roll of Special Intensive Revision 2026 published on 16-12-2025 and integrated with Additions, Deletions and Modifications carried out during Special Summary Revision 2026) for such Constituencies of the Assembly or any part thereof as is included in the area within the jurisdiction Village Panchayat shall be adopted for the purpose of preparation of Electoral Roll for holding Bye-Election to Ward No. VII of Village Panchayat Pissurlem, Ward No. I of Village Panchayat Dongurli Thane, Ward No. III of Village Panchayat Batim and Ward No. I of Village Panchayat Verna as per the following delimitation Notification.
