All the Sewage Tankers operating in State of Goa shall be mandatorily registered with Sewerage and Infrastructural Development Corporation of Goa Ltd. with payment of one time fees of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only). If the tankers are already registered with various Sewerage Treatment Plants (STP's) in State of Goa and unloading sewage in STP's, the sewage tankers shall adhere to the following:
1. The SEWAGE TANKERS shall be painted in "MUSTARD YELLOW" colour and shall have "SEWAGE TANKER" written on both sides and front of tanker.
2. Similarly, tanker used for conveyance of Treated Sewage Water from STP's for non potable use shall be painted in "GREEN" with "TREATED SEWAGE TANKER" written on both sides and front of the tanker.
All concerned are requested to meet the above requirements by 21st June 2025, failing which, Sewage Tankers and Treated Sewage Tankers shall not be allowed in STP's without registration and colour coding assigned for the vehicle.
