Read: 1. Notification No. 3/5/2018-IND/219 dated 30-04-2020, published in the Official Gazette, Government of Goa, Series I No. 7 dated 14-05-2020.

2. Notification No. 3/5/2018-IND/236 dated 06-10-2022, published in the Official Gazette, Government of Goa, Series I No. 29 dated 22-10-2022.

The validity of the "Assistance to Register Geographical Indication (GI) and other Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) Scheme, 2019" notified vide Government Notifications read in preamble is hereby extended for further period of three (03) years from 14-05-2025 to 13-05-2028. Sanction of Government is hereby accorded for creation of 02 posts of Inspector of Survey and Land Records, Group 'B' Gazetted, Non-Ministerial (Non-Lapsable Posts), in the Directorate of Settlement and Land Records for the Talukas of Bardez and Mormugao.

This issues with the approval of the Administrative Reforms Department vide their U.O. No. 2389/F dated 21-06-2025, Personnel Department vide their U. O No. 3486/F dated 11-07-2025, Finance (R&C) Department, vide their U. O No. 9153/F dated 25-12-2025 and Council of Ministers in the XCVth Cabinet Meeting.
