E-18034/Indian Ports Act 2025/2628 Date : 03-Jul-2026 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18 of the Indian Ports Act, 2025 (Central Act No. 27 of 2025), the Government of Goa hereby appoints the Captain of Ports as Conservator for all Minor Ports in the State of Goa.
This Notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

E-18034/Indian Ports Act 2025/2629 Date : 03-Jul-2026 In exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Indian Ports Act, 2025 (Central Act No. 27 of 2025), the Government of Goa hereby notifies Captain of Ports Department as the Goa Maritime Board, for the purposes of said Act.
This Notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
