In exercise of the powers vested in me vide Rule 2(e) of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, Menino D'Souza, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner of State Election Commission, Goa, Panaji-Goa hereby appoint the following Officers as Returning Officers and Assistant Returning Officers within their concerned jurisdiction for the ensuing Bye-Elections to the vacant seats of Panchayat members in the wards mentioned against their names below:

In exercise of the powers conferred on me vide Rule 5 of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, Menino D'Souza, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission, Panaji-Goa, hereby notify that the Electoral Roll of the Goa Legislative Assembly prepared under the provisions of Representation of People Act, 1950 (Central Act 43 of 1951) for the time being in force as on 1st January, 2026 (as the qualifying date) and published on 21st February, 2026 (Integrated Electoral Roll based on the Draft Roll of Special Intensive Revision 2026 published on 16-12-2025 and integrated with Additions, Deletions and Modifications carried out during Special Summary Revision 2026) and List of Additions, Deletions and Modifications carried out during continuous updation with respect to 1st July, 2026 for such Constituencies of the Assembly or any part thereof as is included in the area within the jurisdiction Village Panchayat shall be adopted for the purpose of preparation of Electoral Roll for holding Bye-Election to Ward No. I of Village Panchayat Guirim and Ward No. I of Village Panchayat Chinchinim Deussua as per the following delimitation Notification.
