No. 1/4/2022-GAD-II(Part-II)/1759 Date : 29-Apr-2026
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 4 of the Business of the Government of Goa (Allocation) Rules, 1987, Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act No. 10 of 1897) and all the powers enabling him in that behalf, the Governor of Goa, in consultation with the Chief Minister, hereby,-
(i) allocates the business of the Government of Goa in respect of the subject, 'AYUSH' to the Minister, Shri Vishwajit P. Rane specified at serial number II in the Government Notification No. 1/4/2022-GAD-II (Part-II)/4937 dated 19-11-2025, published in the Official Gazette, Extraordinary No. 3, Series II No. 33 dated 19-11-2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Notification"), in addition to the business allocated to him vide the said Notification; and (ii) inserts the following item after item 5 at serial No. II in the said Notification, namely:-
"6. AYUSH.".
This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
